Job Summary:

Le Disney Hotel New York® – The Art of Marvel est à l’image des établissements de luxe contemporains, typiques de Manhattan. Composé de galeries d’art mettant en valeur la collection d’œuvres Marvel, le Disney Hotel New York® – The Art of Marvel évoque la sophistication contemporaine de la ville, cadre des aventures passionnantes des Super Héros Marvel et des artistes qui les ont créés.

Au sein du Centre de Convention, l’Assistant(e) Restaurant partage sa passion pour la restauration avec son équipe et les visiteurs de l’hôtel. Sous la responsabilité du manager, il/elle assure l’animation d’une équipe entre 10 et 60 personnes, il/elle coordonne, dirige et supervise l’ensemble des activités inhérentes au Centre de Convention dans un souci permanent d’excellence de service.   

  • Vos missions :
      Encadrer une équipe : organiser, distribuer, suivre et contrôler le travail de l’équipe par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent
  • Insuffler, en étroite collaboration avec son manager, une motivation quotidienne aux collaborateurs
  • Assurer la formation et le développement des collaborateurs de l’équipe et transmettre votre savoir-faire technique et comportemental
  • Respecter et faire respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité (rapidité, prestation d'accueil et qualité d'information, etc.) ainsi que les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
  • Traiter les opérations quotidiennes du département (administratives et opérationnelles) et les adapter pour répondre aux attentes des clients
  • Alerter en temps réel des écarts de performances au regard des objectifs de productivité préalablement définis avec les services compétents (Finance, Qualité, etc.)
  • Prendre les actions correctives nécessaires pour garantir la qualité du service/produit et la satisfaction clientèle au quotidien
  • Participer aux projets de son secteur d'activité

   
Votre profil :

Idéalement titulaire d’un diplôme en Hôtellerie-Restauration, vous occupez le poste de chef(fe) d’équipe en restauration depuis 2 ans minimum.

  • Une expérience en Centre de Convention serait un vrai plus.
  • La connaissance des standards de service est un plus
  • Vous avez un niveau de Français C1 minimum et un niveau d’Anglais intermédiaire B1.
  • Ce poste demande une flexibilité en termes de jours et horaires de travail.
