Le département Corporate Alliances & Partnerships a pour vocation de bâtir et d’orchestrer les grands partenariats de marque entre Disneyland Paris et les entreprises qui souhaitent durablement associer leur image à notre Destination en devenant nos Partenaires Officiels sur leurs catégories.
A travers la construction de ces relations aux multiples dimensions, l’équipe Corporate Alliances & Partnerships contribue significativement aux revenus de Disneyland Paris, grâce à des relations riches, long-terme, stratégiques, et profondément ancrées dans la force de l’association de marque.
L’objectif de l’équipe Corporate Alliances & Partnerships est de faire grandir et de renouveler les relations d’Alliances existantes, et d’aller chercher de nouveaux Partenaires sur des catégories ouvertes.
Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2024, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ?
Vos missions :
Votre rôle est d’accompagner une équipe de chargés de comptes dans sa gestion d'un portefeuille de Partenaires et la recherche de nouveaux partenaires, et être l'interface entre Disneyland Paris et des entreprises reconnues, dans divers secteurs d'activités telles que : Orange, Coca-Cola, Mastercard, Pandora, Heinz etc.
Afin de soutenir l'équipe Corporate Alliances, vous contribuez à une grande variété de projets différents :
- Gérer de manière autonome certains projets : assurer la planification, assurer la liaison avec les départements appropriés et donner du feed-back au responsable
- Compiler, compléter et créer des rapports et des présentations à des fins internes et externes, et être prêt à présenter à l'équipe, aux partenaires et aux prospects
- Participer à des réunions et à des brainstormings pour créer des initiatives d’activations et d’opérations communication et marketing
- Coordonner les conventions / événements des partenaires, la mise en place et le suivi des avantages contractuels de l'hospitalité (billets, nuitées, visites VIP, etc.)
- Proposer de manière proactive des idées : activations, outils de coordination et pilotage de projets par exemple
- Animer / développer le Réseau de « partenaires » au sein de DLP et TWDC
- Mener des études de marché et des analyses de données
- Participer à la création des documents contractuels (rédaction, relectures)
Vos atouts pour ce poste :
- Vous préparerez un Master en Marketing / Sponsoring / Partenariats / Business Development et recherchez une alternance de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2024 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation)
- Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant (C1 minimum)
- Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, notamment PowerPoint
- Une connaissance de Photoshop et Movie Maker représente un plus
- Le Permis B est un plus
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en marketing / sponsoring (stage et alternance compris)
- Vous faites preuve d’agilité intellectuelle, d’adaptabilité et d’une capacité à gérer la complexité
- Vous êtes créatif et vous avez un intérêt inné pour les marques, la communication, les tendances de consommation et la confiance relationnelle avec les partenaires / prospects
- Vous avez une bonne capacité à développer, suivre et manager un retroplanning
