Description de l’équipe/activité
Au sein de l’équipe en charge de la vente des produits sous licences, vous serez directement rattaché€ au pôle « Retail, Sales & Marketing ». Notre objectif est de faire rayonner nos marques et de maximiser la vente des produits sous licence de l’ensemble des catégories jouet, mode, maison, produits de grandes consommations chez les principaux retailers français.
Vous serez encadré(e) par la Responsable Shopper Marketing et travaillerez également de manière transverse avec le responsable des comptes e-commerce. Vos principales responsabilités seront : la mise en œuvre d’opérations marketing liées à nos franchises (Star Wars, Marvel, Mickey, Disney Princesses, Pixar et autres) en partenariat avec certains de nos distributeurs comme les enseignes spécialistes (Mode, Jouet) et E-commerce….
Vos principales missions seront
Développement de tous les assets graphiques pour le Retail en collaboration avec les Key Account Managers et notre service créatif interne : Brief créatif pour adapter et localiser tous les besoins pour les enseignes et le online. (PLV, bannières web et réseaux sociaux, éléments pour les animations magasins et web : jeux, coloriages…)
Propositions et gestion d’activations marketing pour certains circuits de distribution : avec mise en place de jeux-concours, visibilité magasins/online, shop-in-shop, PLV, réseaux sociaux… principalement pour les enseignes mode comme Kiabi, Undiz, Orchestra…, nos sites E-commerce et en renfort ponctuel sur les enseignes spécialisées Jouets.
En binôme avec le Manager Shopper Marketing, gestion de la franchise Princesses/Reine des Neiges (avec communications avec notre bureau européen)
Contacts réguliers avec nos différents prestataires : PLV, primes, agences…
Sélection de produits à mettre en avant lors de campagne de promotion sur nos réseaux sociaux
Pour chaque opération ou initiative, analyse des résultats et recommandation de potentielles optimisations
Création et mise à jour à jour les boutiques en ligne des marques Disney, Marvel et Star Wars en collaboration avec les équipes marketing sur les sites e-commerce.
Intégration des bons produits au bon moment en collaboration avec nos partenaires licenciés sur l’ensemble des pages composant les boutiques.
Analyse des résultats pour améliorer les performances des boutiques.
Mise en place d’une veille opérationnelle des temps forts Disney, Marvel et Star Wars et des marques concurrentes.
Participation à l’amélioration de la qualité des référencements des produits sous licence.
Qualification
Etudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2 Marketing (Ecole de commerce ou Université)
Bon niveau d’anglais écrit et oral
Maîtrise du Pack Office (surtout Powerpoint et Excel)
Esprit créatif
Dynamique, enthousiaste et polyvalent
Capable de gérer plusieurs projets en même temps (organisation et gestion du temps)
Aisance relationnelle, à l’oral et à l’écrit
Affinité avec les marques Disney, Pixar, Star Wars et Marvel et le business des jouets et de l’habillement
Une première expérience dans l’univers du marketing serait fortement appréciée
