Depuis 1988, la grande famille des Imagineers (composée d’équipes Etudes, Travaux, Show, Ride et Support), réalise l’ensemble des Land et attractions de Disneyland Paris.
 

Aujourd’hui nos équipes sont engagées sur un vaste programme dédié à l’extension du parc Walt Disney Studios, et notre pôle Construction (maitrise d’œuvre d’exécution) a besoin de vous !

Nous recherchons un Conducteur de travaux Peinture Decoratives F/H/NB afin de renforcer nos équipes, et de prendre en charge la gestion des entreprises sous-traitantes pour l’ensemble des bâtiments de votre périmètre.

Rattaché(e) au Conducteur de Travaux Principal, vous aurez à :

  • Participer au processus d’appel d’offres de ces lots (relecture des DCE, visite sur site avec les candidats, analyse des offres, réunions de négociations avec les entreprises).
  • Vous assurer du respect des spécifications techniques et qualitatives des travaux effectués par ces entreprises.
  • Contrôler les activités du chantier de manière quotidienne, coordonner les activités de ces entreprises et rédiger un rapport d’activités journalier.
  • Animer la réunion hebdomadaire Etudes/Travaux pour les lots concernés, rédaction du compte rendu correspondant.
  • Suivre les documents techniques fournis à Doc Control (plans, fiches techniques, échantillons, notes de calcul).
  • Etablir les listes de travaux restants à faire pour le procès-verbal d’achèvement Matériel et s’assurer de leur levée.
  • Apporter sa contribution aux différentes phases de construction du projet que ce soit au niveau planning, coût, méthodologie, organisation et logistique.
  • Assurer la coordination et apporter l’assistance nécessaire sur chantier avec les interventions du Show et du Ride.

Votre profil :

Vous justifié d’une expérience de 7 ans minimum en tant que conducteur de travaux dans la spécialité peinture (peinture intérieur, décors, résine, faux bois, faux marbre …)

Vous avez pu éprouver vos connaissances et compétences sur des projets variés et complexes, en entreprise ou maîtrise d’œuvre.

Vous avez notamment pu travailler sur des projets types : boutiques/hôtels/restaurants/bar de luxe, salle de spectacle, salle d’exposition, théâtre, parc à thème…

Vos compétences techniques vous permettent d’analyser les situations, de proposer des solutions (notamment avec notre bureau d’étude).

Vous avez un bon sens de la communication (oral : animation de réunion, relation avec différents interlocuteurs, et écrit : rédaction de compte rendus).

Vous avez un bon relationnel, vous savez travailler en équipe et vous adapter à un environnement professionnel dynamique.
