Job Duties:      

Responsible for delivering creative research initiatives to support the Pan-regional ad sales team in Miami.  Promote TWDC (The Walt Disney Company) properties in the region from a qualitative and quantitative research perspective and support the Ad Revenue Research team in cross platform projects highlighting the TWDC brand in the market.  Main responsibilities include: 1) Engage with key clients to support and develop the primary research business stream to achieve client’s needs with innovative and profitable research proposals.  2) Be part of the brainstorm session with sales when digesting a brief, working hand in hand with planning and creative to deliver proposals.  3) Provide and support using qualitative and quantitative data to position the various platforms of the company as a strong, revenue-producing brand, marketing key demographics that relate to major advertisers.  4) Conduct specific projects using external vendors, which allows the incremental revenue in each TWDC's business.  5) Oversee and manage special projects with external vendors from the LATAM (Latin American) region by monitoring key timelines and details, including recruitment of respondents, survey development, data output, and report delivery.  6) Provide feedback to the requests from internal customers, interpreting the appropriate data, and communicating the results along with necessary presentations, tables, charts and graphs.  7) Develop storylines with analysis of media and consumer research studies.  8) Develop, interpret and compile findings insights from various research sources (syndicated, social listening, primary research, etc.) of LATAM industries and consumer trends of key advertisers to enhance the value of TWDC LATAM sales strategies.  9) Present results of quantitative and qualitative studies for key Commercial Clients in the region.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Requires a Bachelor degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Business, Marketing or a related field, plus three (3) years of qualitative and quantitative research or related data analysis experience in the media industry, including experience conducting research studies such as brand perception, campaign pre and post and consumer journey; providing data interpretation and analysis of statistics to inform media campaigns; providing insights to predict the effectiveness for future campaigns; developing and leading project proposals; and experience covering the Latin American markets.

Specific Skills or Other Requirements:  Experience must include: Experience or knowledge in media metric software tools including IBOPE Media, Techedge, media monitoring software tool by Kantar Media, IBOPE Adspend, Target Group Index + Choices Online by Kantar Ibope Media, GWI audience research tool, Adobe Analytics, and ComScore
