Cast Members could be working in a Theme Park or Hotel restaurant in a Table Service or Fine Dining environment.

Resort Hotel Culinary Roles:

  • Full Time Fine Dining Dinner Cook
  • Full Time Fine Dining Specialty Cook

Full Time requires full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week including nights, weekends and holidays.

With our Disney Aspire program, eligible hourly Cast Members receive 100% of tuition paid upfront for partner institutions!

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Have a minimum 3 years of experience in Fine Dining (preferred), high volume culinary environment or a Culinary degree or equivalent experience with less than 3 years’ experience
  • You work effectively as an independent contributor or as part of a team
  • Have basic communication and excellent hospitably skills (positively talk with Guests, Cast Members and leadership)
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
  • You are able to multi task and work in a high production fast paced environment

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
