Dein Job:

  • Mitwirkung bei der Personalbetreuung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei ad-hoc HR Sonderthemen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen für Mitarbeitende
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Projekten in der Personalentwicklung
  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben einschließlich Datenpflege

Dein Profil:

  • Studium der Wirtschafts-, Rechts- oder Sozialwissenschaften idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, Workday) sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
