Für unsere deutsche Rechtsabteilung am Standort München suchen wir fortlaufend
Rechtsreferendare (w/m/d)
mit ausgeprägtem Interesse am deutschen Medien-, Wettbewerbs-, Urheber-, Telekommunikations- sowie Datenschutzrecht

Verantwortlichkeiten :

  • Unterstützung bei Recherchen und Gutachten zu wirtschafts- und medienrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie bei Kurzgutachten zu vertraglichen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung in allg. juristischen Fragestellungen, Tätigkeiten und Recherchen
  • Mitwirkung bei allgemeinen Vertragsgestaltungen
  • Erstellung juristischer Übersichten und Zusammenfassungen

erforderliche Qualifikation :

  • Abgeschlossene erste juristische Staatsprüfung in Rechtswissenschaften mit mind. Note „befriedigend“
  • Vorkenntnisse der beschriebenen Rechtsgebiete wünschenswert
  • Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen PC Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Eine Zusatzvergütung für die Dauer der Wahlstation wird nicht gewährt.
