Job Summary:

Disneyland® Paris compte sept hôtels thématisés qui contribuent pleinement à l’expérience de nos visiteurs pendant toute la durée de leur séjour.  
De 2 à 5 étoiles, nos hôtels regroupent tous les services : bagagerie, réception, service d’étages, restauration, boutiques, piscines, etc. Anticiper et personnaliser les attentes clients, être attentif(ve) aux détails, tout est fait pour garantir la satisfaction de nos visiteurs : l’excellence de service est notre maître-mot.

Vos missions :

Intégré(e) à l’équipe de service d’étages de l’un de nos hôtels, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Accueillir l’équipe, préparer et animer les briefings,

  • Organiser et distribuer les différentes tâches quotidiennes, en assurer leur suivi sur le terrain,

  • Assurer les ouvertures et fermetures avec le prestataire et superviser le travail de nettoyage des chambres,

  • Contrôler les chambres et la propreté des parties communes et s’assurer que les visiteurs ne manquent de rien (conforts, cadeaux éventuels, demandes particulières, etc.),

  • Participer à la stratégie managériale du service (suivi qualité, facturation, gestion du linge, respect des règles de sécurité et hygiène, etc.).

  Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Vous vous inscrivez à la rentrée prochaine en alternance pour préparer une licence professionnelle ou un bachelor en management hôtelier, 

  • Vous avez une première expérience de l'hébergement hôtelier en stage, alternance ou job étudiant,

  • Vous parlez français couramment (C2) et votre anglais est opérationnel (B1), 

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à travailler en équipe, et votre aptitude à prendre des initiatives et vous savez fédérer votre équipe,

  • Vous savez faire preuve de diplomatie afin de gérer différentes situations,

  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est nécessaire pour ce métier, car vous serez amené(e) à travailler en semaine et les weekends, suivant une amplitude horaire maximum allant de 6h30 à minuit,

  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B depuis au moins 2 ans afin de conduire ponctuellement un véhicule de société.
