Description du poste
Vous avez envie de prendre part à l’aventure du streaming et de participer à la production de séries originales pour la plateforme Disney+ ?
Vous êtes juriste, anglophone, dynamique et rigoureux/rigoureuse ?

Missions
Aux côtés de la Responsable juridique Sr. Productions, vos principales missions consisteront à :
- Participer à la rédaction et à la négociation des contrats relatifs à nos séries originales (accords de confidentialité, contrats de développement, contrats de production, contrats d’auteur (épisodes, réalisateur, compositeur), contrats de comédien, etc.) en anglais et en français ;
- Vérifier les chaînes des droits de nos productions originales (option and purchase agreement, contrats d'édition, d’auteur, de réalisateur, de comédien, etc.) ;
- Vérifier les documents de post-production de nos séries originales ;
- Recherches juridiques (droit applicable, jurisprudence) notamment en droit d’auteur et en droit des contrats et suivi des questions juridiques ayant une incidence sur nos productions ;
- Traductions en anglais ou en français ;
- Aider dans nos relations avec nos producteurs ;
- Aider à préparer les formations/présentations juridiques ;
- Aider à la signature des contrats relatifs à nos séries originales ;
- Participer à la préparation de la veille juridique hebdomadaire.
Formation
- Bac + 5 Droit de la propriété intellectuelle, droit de l’audiovisuel ou droit des médias
Compétences requises
- Rigueur, capacité d’adaptation, réactivité
- Anglais juridique (écrit et parlé) courant impératif
- Maîtrise du pack Office
