Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Prévention, vous assurez en support des équipes Safety Opérationnelle les missions qui vous sont confiées, tout en garantissant la qualité de service que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients tout en respectant nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Efficacité et Spectacle.

La mission de l’équipe du pôle Safety Opérationnelle est de contribuer à la protection de la santé physique des salariés, des intervenants d’entreprises extérieures et de nos visiteurs afin de préserver le capital humain, l’image de marque et les intérêts juridiques et financiers de Disneyland Paris.

Vos missions :

En qualité de Contrôleur(se) Sécurité sur les chantiers de construction, vous avez notamment pour mission de :

  • Effectuer les visites de sécurité des interventions des Entreprises extérieures de nuit (Respect des modes opératoires, conformité documentaire, respect des standards Entreprise…) et arrêt de tâche si nécessaire,

  • Réaliser les analyses d’accidents ou d’incidents sur les activités de nuit,

  • Participer aux Visites d’Inspections Communes dans le cadre de l’établissement de plans de prévention avec les entreprises extérieures,

  • Réaliser des visites terrains, des observations de modes opératoires et des interventions de la Maintenance.

Votre profil :

Pour mener à bien les missions, vous devrez :

  • Avoir la connaissance de la règlementation dans le domaine de la Sécurité au travail,

  • Avoir une bonne capacité d’analyse des situations,

  • Être en capacité de travailler en autonomie,

  • Être un(e) bon(ne) communiquant(e), autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre exigence et votre fermeté concernant les sujets de sécurité au travail, dans le respect et la bienveillance.

Une expérience dans le BTP serait un plus.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec le Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

Vous maîtrisez le français à l’écrit comme à l’oral ainsi que l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum serait un plus).

Ce poste ouvert en CDI, exclusivement en horaire de nuit fixe, du Lundi au Jeudi soir (sauf changement ponctuel).
