Ces activités sont soutenues par un ensemble de fonctions support : Communication, Relations Presse, Finance, Legal, RH, Localisation des Contenus.

Description du poste

Tâches/Missions : rattaché(e) à l’équipe juridique, vos principales missions consisteront à :

- Participer à la rédaction et à la revue des règlements des jeux-concours organisés par Disney

- Aider à la rédaction et à la négociation des contrats d’échange média et opérations promotionnelles

- Suivre les opérations d’influence et aider à la rédaction des contrats avec les influenceurs

- Aider à la rédaction des contrats de prestations de services (créatifs et non-créatifs)

- Faire des recherches juridiques sur différents sujets liés aux besoins du département : droit de la concurrence, droit de la consommation, propriété intellectuelle, droit de la distribution, données personnelles, commerce électronique, marketing digital, etc.

- Préparer une veille juridique hebdomadaire

- Suivre certains dossiers :

o Rédactions diverses : avenants, lettres de préavis avant expiration du terme, etc.

o Suivi des contrats d’échange et de prestations de services dans nos outils internes

o Aide au suivi administratif de la vie des sociétés du groupe Disney

 

 

Pas de profil type, nous recherchons des candidats passionnés par nos contenus et nos univers pour mettre en valeur nos marques Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars et National Geographic. Une appétence forte pour l’investigation juridique des projets opérationnels, le dynamisme, la précision, la pédagogie et bien sûr l’organisation seront essentiels pour nous rejoindre et faire partie de l’histoire. Votre effet magique : vous parlez anglais couramment, un véritable plus pour une alternance réussie.

Etudiant.e en Master 1 ou 2, droit de la propriété intellectuelle, droit commercial ou droit des contrats, le rythme d'alternance idéal est de 4 jours entreprise / 1 jour école ou 3 semaines entreprise et 1 semaine école.
