Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité du Senior Manager F2S (Facilities Support and Services), vous prenez en charge le management opérationnel, humain et budgétaire des équipes de maintenance plomberie et Climatisations des parcs et coulisses.

Vous garantissez, ainsi, le niveau de sécurité, de spectacle, de fiabilité, de maintenabilité et de performance opérationnelle que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients et ce, en respectant nos Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Vos missions

Intégré(e) au pôle Fluides, vous prenez en charge le management d’une équipe de 40 collaborateurs environ qui œuvrent au quotidien pour la maintenance de nos équipements.

  • Manager votre équipe (40 personnes environ), garantir sa formation professionnelle et réglementaire, savoir développer ses compétences, assurer sa sécurité et maintenir un climat social serein.

  • Définir le plan de charge de votre équipe en tenant compte des projets à mener ou en cours, 

  • Avoir un regard innovant pour revoir les process et modes de fonctionnements

  • Assurer avec votre équipe, la maintenance préventive et curative du patrimoine qui vous est confié en veillant à optimiser et améliorer la qualité des prestations réalisées,

  • Participer activement à la définition et au déploiement du plan pluriannuel d’investissement, 

  • Mettre en place, déployer et suivre les contrats de prestations multi-techniques,

  • Mener et suivre les projets d’investissement associés à votre pôle,

  • Assurer la gestion financière de votre pôle et le reporting associé,

  • Savoir mettre en place un plan d’amélioration continue.

Votre Profil?

  • Vous êtes idéalement diplômé(e) d’un Bac +2 en Climatisation/ Electrotechnique OU avez une expérience dans les métiers techniques de la maintenance, avec une expérience managériale de 8 ans minimum.

  • Vous aimez fédérer, accompagner et développer vos équipes.

  • Vous avez un bon esprit d’équipe, de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolutions de problèmes.

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) comme étant force de proposition et sachant anticiper.
