Job Summary:

The Ad Sales Digital Planner will support key accounts and associated clients through all phases of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing all digital assets.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and managing all digital advertising campaigns negotiated with the Media agencies and direct clients;
  • Agency/client contact to coordinate receipt of materials and purchase orders;
  • Reporting to the Ad Sales Director, this position will control the delivery of the campaigns, with weekly reports;
  • Able to perform all tasks related to campaign management, specifically digital inventory, order entry, trafficking, optimizing, reporting, and invoicing;
  • Escalate complex challenges or requests regarding inventory, ad products, or campaigns;
  • Implement, review, and evolve operational processes that drive quality and efficiency;
  • Analyze usage & performance of digital inventory to develop strategies & products that maximize revenue yield;
  • Collaborate with regional team to implement our customers' campaigns ensuring delivering and problem solving if needed;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support;
  • Support in identifying new digital product opportunities, especially with the Social Media team.

The Experience & Qualifications We Require From You:

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken;
  • 3+ years of overall experience in the advertising sector, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech;
  • Expertise in video, programmatic, and CTV advertising including technology and vendors in the market (demand side platform (DSP), supply side platform (SSP), Trading teams);
  • Familiar with general data protection and privacy requirements related to digital advertising;
  • Expert on defining and evolving processes;
  • Experience in trafficking and managing ad campaigns for display and video across websites, apps, social platforms, and connected TV environments;
  • Demonstrated ability in activating campaigns, producing accurate and relevant insights, and optimizing performance;
  • Media or entertainment brand experience is beneficial, as is familiarity with the processes and policies of a multinational corporation.
