Diese Stelle ist zunächst befristet.
Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär (4 Tage) aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:
Tägliche Organisationsbesprechung der anstehenden, wechselnden Aufgaben der Rechtabteilung
Eigeninitiatives und selbstständigen Führen von juristischer Korrespondenz sowie Telefonate
Administrative Aufgaben wie Termin & Kalender Management, Fristenmanagement, Koordination von Besprechungen und Reisen
Unterstützung in Stabstellenthemen
Rechnungsmanagement und Aufbereitung der abteilungsinternen Budgetübersichten
Aufbereitung, Entwerfen und das fachgerechte Gestalten von rechtlichen Dokumenten, Schriftsätzen und Präsentationen
Operatives Vertragsmanagement, Vorbereitung für die Unterzeichnung von Verträgen und Überwachung des Status
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Verträgen, selbstständig und auch nach Vorlage, Organisation des Rücklaufprozesses
Aktenführung & Ablagemanagement für Rechtsabteilungsleitung
Aufbereitung von Hintergrundinformationen für Verträge und Gerichtsverfahren
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:
Bachelor/Master im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Rechtsanwaltsfach-/Notarfachangestellte/r (w/m/d)
Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Rechts-/Patentsanwaltskanzlei oder in einer Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens
Fachkenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement
Sehr gute Software-Kenntnisse vor allem in Word, Power Point, Excel
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Professioneller, umsichtiger Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
Strukturierte und sehr zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität & Eigeninitiative
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Intelligentes, vorausschauendes und selbständiges Denken
Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Neugierde in stetig neue Aufgabengebiete einzusteigen
