Depuis 1988, la grande famille des Imagineers (composée d’équipes Etudes, Travaux, Show, Ride et Support), réalise l’ensemble des Land et attractions de Disneyland Paris.
 

Aujourd’hui nos équipes sont engagées sur un vaste programme dédié à l’extension du parc Walt Disney Studios, et notre pôle Construction a besoin de vous !

Nous recherchons un(e) Préventeur Sécurité Chantier F/H/NB.

Rattaché/e au Manager Safety, et en collaboration directe avec le Lead prévention du projet, les conducteurs de travaux et logisticiens vous avez pour missions de :

  • Etudier le projet et appréhender les rôles et responsabilités de chaque intervenant

  • Participer, en collaboration avec les intervenants internes et externes, à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des actions de prévention et de protection durant les interventions

En appui du Responsable Prévention du Projet, participer à l’organisation de la prévention en :

  • Préparant et contrôlant la mise en œuvre de procédures et supports internes (accueils sécurité, affiches, standards etc.)

  • Contrôlant la bonne gestion documentaire du chantier en matière de santé et sécurité (Visite d’inspection commune, PPSPS et fiches de visites etc.).

Vous assurez une présence sur le terrain en réalisant 5 visites quotidiennes sur chantier, au cours desquelles vous aurez à :

  • Remonter ses observations au conducteur de travaux du lot et responsable prévention du projet, et proposer des solutions

  • S’assurer de la levée des observations formulées par le coordonnateur SPS et les préventeurs lors de ses visites sur site et auprès des conducteurs de travaux

  • S’assurer du respect de la réglementation et standards en matière de sécurité

  • S’assurer de l’application des PPSPS, méthodologies et des exigences Disney en matière de prévention et sécurité

  • S’assurer de la mise en conformité immédiates des situations dangereuses

  • Alimenter et suivre quotidiennement le tableau des observations sécurité

  • Réaliser de manière hebdomadaire une visite sécurité avec le Responsable Prévention du Projet

  • Réaliser des visites régulières avec les équipes travaux du Projet

  • Participer ponctuellement à la révision des PPSPS/méthodologies des entreprises

  • Participer aux différentes réunions (réunion de coordination de chantier, réunion de CISSCT et réunion interne).

  • Etablir un rapport hebdomadaire pour le Manager Safety et le Responsable Prévention du Projet

Votre profil :

Vous idéalement idéalement issu/e d’une formation de type BAC +2 dans le domaine de la prévention (hygiène sécurité environnement), avec minimum 2 ans d’expérience de prévention sur chantier (sites de construction, notamment par vos activités liées à la maintenance ou les travaux ou les interventions pompier etc...

Autonome, réactif/ve et dynamique, vous savez gérer des situations d’urgence ainsi que les contraintes d’un environnement de travail exigeant.

Vous savez également prendre des initiatives et être force de proposition.

Pragmatique, vous avez un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

Vous avez de solides capacités de communication à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre esprit d’équipe.
