Essentiels pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de nos Parcs et Hotels Disney, nos services techniques comptent 6 départements dont des ateliers qui rassemblent une multitude de métiers d'art et d'artisanat.
Chaque équipe de 6 à 100 collaborateurs s'illustre dans des domaines aussi variés que la peinture en bâtiment, la décoration, la métallurgie, la menuiserie, les infrastructures et bâtiments ou la construction.
Sous la responsabilité d’un des Managers Maintenance de nos Ateliers Centraux et au sein de notre Atelier « Peinture » vous effectuerez les différents travaux de finition de nos meubles et éléments de décor. Et ceux, en garantissant le niveau de sécurité, de fiabilité, de maintenabilité et de performance opérationnelle que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients tout en respectant nos 5 clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons notre
Ebéniste vernisseur(se) F/H/NB en CDI
Vos missions ?
Sur les Parcs :
- Dans les Parcs : savoir identifier les différents styles de mobiliers et les essences de bois : chêne/ iroko/ mélèze/ ipé,
- Effectuer une vérification des surfaces et identifier les non-conformités pour réaliser les retouches,
- Mobiliers urbains : préparer les surfaces en vue de leur finition, suivre les recommandations des fiches associées,
- Boiserie fixe : traitement des bois fongicide/ insecticide et lasure,
- Application d’huile pour les bois exotiques,
- Application de saturateur,
- Application de patine sur les boiseries et mobiliers.
En Atelier :
- Savoir reconnaitre les différents styles de mobiliers,
- Préparer les surfaces en vue de leur finition (utilisation de machines de décapage/ ponçage et de défibrage),
- Suivre les recommandations des fiches associées,
- Calcul des pourcentages et des proportions pour les préparations des produits chimique (teintes/Lasures/vernis/patines),
- Appliquer les teintes/ Lasure/ vernis/ patines/ saturateurs et huiles
- Application de vernis au pistolet
- Assurer le contrôle de l’harmonie des teintes entre les éléments d’un même ensemble selon l’environnement (Frontierland/Adventureland/ autre…),
- Effectuer une vérification des surfaces et identifier les non-conformités pour réaliser les retouches,
- Entretenir et nettoyer le matériel et l'environnement du poste,
- Travailler en sécurité.
Vos atouts pour réussir ?
Idéalement issu d’une formation de type ébeniste vernisseur ou peintre décorateur, vous avez environ 5 à 10 ans d’expérience concrète dans le domaine dans un environnement exigent où la sécurité est un aspect essentiel du travail au quotidien.
Vous avez le goût de la finition, vous êtes aussi minutieux(euse), rigoureux(se), impliqué(e), respectueux(se) des procédures et vous avez l’esprit d’équipe.
Une certaine flexibilité horaire pourrait être nécessaire sur ce poste.
