Development and operation of technical operations:
Responsible for infrastructure development for internal end-user or employee systems development, including compilation of functional and non-functional infrastructure and security requirements, infrastructure design and construction, including server configuration and middleware selection, and CI/CD pipeline construction. Planning and supporting the execution of performance tests and releases. Work with project stakeholders to develop work schedules, estimate costs, and assist in the development of an overall project plan. Work closely with development staff or outsourced external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of the infrastructure, and be flexible to accommodate configuration changes as issues are resolved. Document, store, and manage infrastructure configurations, and update documentation when changes occur to ensure consistency.
After the system is released, operation and maintenance of the system will be performed. Monitoring settings for stable daily operations, failure analysis (isolation) based on monitoring alerts, and prompt information sharing with developers and other related parties are required.

Execution of overall scope of responsibilities
- Based on the scope of responsibility described in Principle Responsibility above, the following projects are to be executed
Development/Operation
- System construction: Design and construction of infrastructure configuration
- Inquiry handling: Responding to inquiries from developers and coordinating with them
- System operation: management of system health and consideration of improvements
- Incident restoration: recovery and information sharing with related parties
Project Execution
- Administration: Progress management of infrastructure construction, etc., and resource management of outsource vendors
- Technical support: Provide technical support for in-house and vendor staff in charge of infrastructure in development projects
- Requirements review: setting of functional and non-functional requirements related to infrastructure
- Transition: pre- and post-release support and post-transition progress check
- Security: vulnerability assessment, adherence to security standards, patching
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Experience working as a lead developer on development projects for mid-size or larger products and services, with in-depth experience in implementing various architectures.
- At least 5 years of experience as an engineer, specifically
- Working (building) experience and knowledge on AWS regarding infrastructure (servers, network). Experience with other Public Cloud is a plus.
- Working experience and knowledge of security.
- Experience in mobile application development (mainly on the infrastructure side), including building the application yourself.
- Experience in building web applications (mainly on the infrastructure side)
- Working experience and knowledge of database operations is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of AWS Cloud and IT, specifically
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) certification
- Knowledge of AWS services, specifically EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, etc.
- Experience with Automation and Infrastructure as Code, especially AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Terraform, etc.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, especially Python, Shell
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux and Windows
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional certification is a plus
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodePipeline, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in controlling external vendors and completing development projects
- Native level of Japanese language skills
- Good command of English at a business level, preferably with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher
- Experience working with overseas teams in English.
