Le département IFP à Disneyland® Paris :
Notre département « Integrated Facilities Plan » (IFP) est en charge de développer et valider avec nos propriétaires de patrimoine le plan de réhabilitation des nos actifs en respectant nos cinq clés de valeurs: Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité
Vos missions :
Reformuler les demandes des travaux d’investissements du Patrimoine Immobilier avec nos clients internes.
Organiser les visites sur le terrain avec nos partenaires pour affiner la compréhension de leur demande.
Assurer la mise à jour de notre base de données qui regroupe les projets que nous suivons.
Participer aux recherches projets (recherche de documentation photo)
Réaliser des présentations projets officielles.
Vos atouts pour ce poste :
Vous intégrez un Master 1 Management, Innovation de services et patrimoines immobiliers ou formation équivalente.
En informatique, vous maîtrisez le pack office, plus particulièrement Excel et PowerPoint.
En Anglais vous avez un niveau (B2) et en Français un niveau (C1) minimum.
Au quotidien, vous faites preuve de minutie et de rigueur. Vous êtes également reconnu(e) pour votre prise d'initiative et votre bon sens de la communication, ainsi que pour votre capacité à synthétiser les informations.
Enfin, vous appréciez le travail en équipe, impliquant une collaboration à 360° avec nos différents partenaires internes.
Certaines interventions exceptionnelles sur le terrain nécessitent de travailler en horaires décalés. Ces interventions sont ponctuelles (horaires du matin ou du soir lors de la fermeture des parcs).
